2 Year Extended Coverage Matrix offers the original owner an Extended 2 Year Coverage. We will gladly repair or replace any Matrix rod that is broken, for any reason, within the first 2 years of ownership. A nominal fee along with shipping charges and taxes will apply.
1 Year Warranty Against Manufacturing Defect Matrix will waive the rod repair charges should any breakage occur in the first year due to manufacturing defect. Dated proof of purchase must be included when you return the rod for repair. Shipping charges and taxes will apply.
All rod sections must be returned with any warranty claim to ensure replacement sections have a proper fit. |
